2 more lousy chin ups and i won't have to go for remedial training. boring sia! better book another place where i can start off with the chin ups. tired myself too much before reaching the chin up station today.
my running was lousy like hell man.
i really need to exercise. good news is i have come to realise that exercise gives me the strength that i have been missing all this while. its been keeping me up. not bad, got alot of things done.
got to train! need to run. chin up. arggggggggggh
