no that is not the map of indonesia. its a show of defiance, a mark of rebellion, a note left behind by my tabby to inform me of my negligence in keeping her kitty litter dry. somehow, the litter got all wet and that must have given her the thumbs up to paint my floor mat. what an artist she has turn out to be.
she is indeed very well. so no one go setting off alarms at MI5 or CIA. i haven't murder the queen. I just shot her.
its been a very interesting week.
first, someone called asking to me to photograph a family portrait. it turned out that the father was dying and wished that they would have a family portrait together. so i shot them at the hospital bed.
the day before that i had a wonderful lunch at a celebrity chef's home. how cool is that? the perks of my job. the best is still shooting the queen of england and getting away with it.
with the new oven and new baking gear, all i need now is a good baking book and time for adventure in the world of cookies and cakes.
i am all happy now with this new hobby, along with my cycling- finally found a good pair of cycling shoes. thanks to mak. with the new year round the corner, i just can't wait for it to start.
just a week ago, i had a feeling that time is running out. it felt like the world is coming to an end. and now, i just can't wait for it to end so that the new year would bring many new hopes and dreams.
new year resolutions? someone whom i have never met called just to make some talk asked me. i said i have none, i live for the moment. and of course i was lying.
2006 is the year i will get my driver's license!
video girl will be back and that will put alot of things back into perspective. perhaps i will get to learn how to ski since Q has been pestering to go to melbourne to join him for a ski holiday. i shall make my first short film and become more involve in the arts scene again since i have been busy making money this year. well, if all is well, i might even get a car!
ha.
for now, i am just happy that everything is in place at home. more parties coming up real soon.

i really need to exercise. good news is i have come to realise that exercise gives me the strength that i have been missing all this while. its been keeping me up. not bad, got alot of things done.

i have myself to blame for drinking too much tea for the whole of yesterday. i stayed up till 5 this morning, only then did my heart slow down a little so i could put my head to rest.
9am, call comes in from a client, returning a call i have made yesterday. done. can't sleep anymore. so i decided i got to have my stomach's fill. viola! nice breakfast on the balcony dining table, stacey kent crooning in the background, i wish bebe was here.

this pussy cat can't stop running and jumping about all night the first night in the new house. just caught her cat napping in the middle of the day!
day 2 at haig rd and mao mao moves in. i think she likes the place alot too. she just can't stop looking around, checking out where she could jump, how she could get out to play with the kitties in the hood.
i am glad she is settled. months before when we first had intentions of moving together, randy just had one rule: no animals. he came back this evening meowing back at the cat and asked me to brief him on mao's feeding patterns. ha.
the truck kissed the landrover's backside. the back door was damaged but it only left a dent. i wouldn't vouch to say the same for a getz, a mini, or a piccanto and the likes.
good thing no one got hurt.

bad news hit when my powerbook died all the sudden. good news is i bought the new imac G5. its really cool. the new imovie is really easy to use and with its processing power, i just edited a mini clip i shot at the car wash this morning.it comes bundled with a new software photobooth- takes picture of the user with the in built isight. what's cooler is it screws up faces.

I'm lying on my bed back at my mum's writing this entry sms texting style with my mobile phone. I'm just too lazy to go out searching for a unsecure wireless network with my laptop. Its way pass my bedtime anyway. With too much work on hand and alot on my mind, its funny how i could still think so much while i was walking home from eva's. I saw a cab pulled over and i remembered how i thought it might be cool to be a cabbie for the hack of it, then i told myself i'll be the best cabbie i can if i ever land myself a job as one. It made me think of how i have been toying with the idea of expanding my horizons beyond my current business. Would i be a chef? An artist? Or even venture into the wedding videography business without having to do anything except provide the equipment and wait for money to grow. The possibilities are endless. Its not hard to imagine. Any one needs a job as a videographer?
